Bridge to be closed four months

The Platte County Department of Public Works has scheduled replacement of the Bee Creek Bridge on Bee Creek Road to begin the week of June 1, weather permitting.

The bridge is located approximately 1.3 miles west of Hwy. 371 on Bee Creek Road. The project is expected to be completed in approximately four months. This bridge will be closed for the duration of construction. During the closure there will not be access for thru-traffic, therefore an alternate route of travel will be required.
