This property, located south of Kentucky Avenue and west of Bent Oak Court, was sold for $762,300.

R-3 officials said the buyers–listed as PC Medical Partners, LLC–are pursuing this particular location for a medical office building. Sources told The Landmark that a surgery center for an orthopedic group is being planned for that location.

A total of 32.38 acres of district property near Compass Elementary has been on the market for several years.
