Erica, daughter of Eric and Angela Sorenson, won first place for the 10-14 age group and her poster was also declared best overall. Erica’s poster featured artwork and the words “Reading Is Exercise 4 Your Brain!” Color copies of her poster were distributed to schools throughout Missouri in the state reading council’s newsletter.
