IN THE FORMER IHOP LOCATION
A new Mexican cuisine restaurant will be coming to Tremont Square East near I-29 and 64th Street in southern Platte County. The new restaurant, Palacio Maya Mexican Restaurant, will occupy the former IHOP location at 5201 NW 64th Street. Owner, Mayan Palace, filed paperwork with the Missouri Secretary of State in March of 2023. No word yet on an opening date.
