The Missouri Supreme Court last week removed Platte County Associate Circuit Judge Floyd Baber from the bench based solely on incompetence. Baber had been suspended with pay since November of 1991 on the recommendation of a state commission. A judicial nominating commission will begin the task of finding a replacement.
