Celebrating Christmas in Platte Countyby Greg Hall Landmark columnistSix-year-old Julie Sanders from North Platte Elementary waited patiently to tell Santa that she had been good this year at a community Christmas celebration at Camden Point on Saturday. Camden Point Fire Department sponsored the visit with Santa and provided refreshments for all who attended.

‘Frosty the Snowman’ (upper left) was the center of attention at the “Christmas in Dearborn” on Saturday. The city’s 13th annual event included two hours of entertainment for area residents.
