Zona Rosa will welcome Urban Planet by Charlotte Russe, a nationally recognized affordable fashion retailer, to its growing roster of brands.
The addition reflects Zona Rosa’s ongoing commitment to offering the Northland community a dynamic mix of national brands and locally rooted businesses.
Urban Planet by Charlotte Russe will occupy 17,224 square feet at 7121 NW 86th Terrace, the former Forever 21 space, under a long-term lease with a target opening date of September 2026.
Urban Planet is one of the fastest-growing fashion retailers in Canada, with more than 100 locations nationwide, and is proudly Canadian-owned and operated.
Urban Planet caters to young men and women aged 16 to 24 with an extensive assortment of on-trend clothing, footwear, and accessories at accessible price points, built on the belief that great fashion should be available to everyone. The store will carry a full range of women’s and men’s categories, including tops, jeans, dresses, activewear, hoodies and sweats, shoes, and accessories, along with its Urban Kids brand.
Forever 21 is part of Urban Planet’s family of affiliated brands in Canada, making its entry into the former Forever 21 space a natural and fitting transition for the location.
“We are thrilled to welcome Urban Planet to Zona Rosa,” said Scott Zigler, General Manager of Zona Rosa. “This is exactly the kind of long-term commitment that reinforces Zona Rosa’s position as the Northland’s premier shopping destination. Urban Planet’s focus on affordable, trend-focused fashion for young adults fills a real need in our market.”
