Homecoming parade schedule listed for Park Hill schools

The Park Hill High School homecoming parade is Friday, Sept. 17, and the Park Hill South High School homecoming parade is Saturday, September 18.

PHHS parade participants will line up at 4:30 p.m. at Prairie Point Elementary, 8101 NW Belvidere Pkwy, Kansas City, Missouri. The parade will leave the school parking lot, travel east on Belvedere Parkway and travel north on Congress Avenue. It will end in the PHHS parking lot on the east side of the building. There is a free community tailgate with activities after the parade in the grassy area by the PHHS baseball field.

The Park Hill South parade begins Saturday, Sept. 18 at 1 p.m. at Park Hill South High School, 4500 River Park Drive, Riverside, Missouri. The parade will leave the Park Hill South back gate, travel east on NW High Drive, north on NW Vivion Road and south on NW Gateway Avenue. It will end at the former Beverly Lumber lot in Riverside. There are no activities following the parade.
