I had the privilege of training and working with Nick Palmer and I can personally attest to his knowledge, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to public service. He understands the responsibilities of this office and possesses the experience necessary to serve our citizens from day one.

Recently, we have heard proposals promoting new programs and technologies as solutions to problems that largely do not exist. While innovation has its place, we must be cautious when it comes to our property records. The safeguards designed to protect homeowners and property owners are already in place through established legal processes. Creating additional layers of registration, monitoring, artificial intelligence systems, and court-driven procedures risks introducing unnecessary complexity and uncertainty into one of the most important documents a family will ever own—their deed.

Property ownership remains one of the cornerstones of the American Dream. Any system that could potentially cloud title records, create confusion during property transfers, or lead to costly legal action should be approached with extreme caution. The long-term effects of many of these new proposals remain unknown, while the risks and their cost of implementation are very real.

Our Recorder’s Office needs steady leadership, practical solutions, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to serving the public efficiently and professionally.

Nick Palmer understands that the Recorder’s Office exists to protect records, assist citizens, and operate responsibly with taxpayer dollars. He brings the experience, judgment, and common-sense approach that this office deserves.

I encourage you to look beyond the headlines and campaign promises. Choose proven competence. Choose practical leadership. Join me in supporting Nick Palmer for Recorder of Deeds.
