Kast was before the board in order to request a license to allow the horse to be inside of her business in downtown Weston. A main issue with the proposal was that Kast currently serves drinks and food in the shop on Main Street and may violate Platte County health codes. The store sells Irish-themed items including clothing, jewelry, and collectibles.
