City will decide later on bringing tax question back to voters

Following the reception of Summit Grill in Gladstone, restaurateurs Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy say they are thrilled to bring another one of their concepts to the neighborhood, promising to offer a unique blend of classic American cuisine and a vibrant social atmosphere.

The new Third Street Social will serve as the cornerstone of Woodstone, a $60 million luxury apartment and mixed-use project within the Metro North Crossing development. Exact address for Third Street Social is 410 NW Legacy Drive, Kansas City, Mo. 64155.

Metro North Crossing is at the site of the former Metro North Shopping Center at Hwy. 169 and Barry Road.

The restaurant owners say this 7,000 square-foot space is poised to become a bustling hub for food lovers and social butterflies alike, offering a setting for both casual lunches and lively evening gatherings.

Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy have a history of creating spaces that resonate with the local community.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the support from the Northland community for Summit Grill, and we’re excited to offer another dining experience with Third Street Social,” said Lock. “We believe in creating spaces where people can come together to enjoy great food and great company, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to our newest location.”

Owners say Third Street Social has a commitment to classic comfort food, and a chef-driven menu that emphasizes quality and creativity. Following the success of its original location in Lee’s Summit and its subsequent expansion south of the Country Club Plaza in 2021, the Northland location is set to continue the tradition of offering memorable dining experiences to its patrons.
