The Main Street Parkville Association will host “The Parkville Winter Cozy” on Saturday, Jan. 31.
This downtown event invites visitors to beat the winter chill by enjoying cozy-themed activities and special promotions offered by participating businesses.
More than a dozen Parkville businesses will participate, each hosting its own unique activity or promotion. Events will take place throughout the day, with some happening in the morning and others scheduled for the afternoon or evening. Visitors are encouraged to check individual business websites or social media pages for specific details and timing.
Here’s a sample of the cozy fun planned:
Café des Amis: “Cozy dinner featuring Wild Boar Bourguignon with Homemade Buttery Mashed Potato (offered for evening dining only)” 5:30-10 p.m.
Carli Rene Salon: “Highlighting services to keep hair and skin healthy in the winter” 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Cool Vintage Watches: Get cozy with a Northern Lights candle and Alpaca wool blanket (both 15% off during the event) while enjoying a sip of hot cocoa. 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Imagine Studios, KC: “Sculpt a Sweetie: Clay Workshop to make a Valentine’s gnome” 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
KC Cattle Company: Get Cozy with Wagyu: Charcuterie Boot Camp – build-your-own board 12-6 p.m.
Parkville Wine House: Offering a curated selection of Bordeaux wines with special bottle, by-the-glass and flight pricing for the day 12-9 p.m.
Samsara: Highlighting beautiful décor accents for a cozy home 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Style and Stitch: Showcasing cozy decor elements with a 20% discount on select furniture collections 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
The Alley Bar at the American Legion: PJ Pub Crawl – Come in your coziest PJs and enjoy drink specials 4-11 p.m.
The Baker’s Table: Soup tasting paired with fresh baked bread, and a Soup & Bread To-Go option 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
The Parlor Boutique: 2026 Fashion Trend Forecast with live demos of how to style your outfits in Winter & Spring 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
