Graves filed murder charges last Wednesday against a Riverside man who allegedly shot and killed a woman on Tuesday, Aug. 22 at the El Chaparal apartment complex located in Riverside. Graves contends that Harlos (Hugh) R. Cook, 32, shot Jennifer A. Henry, 26, with a .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol. Henry was shot once in the back of the head and several more times in the head after she fell to the ground. The shooting took place in the apartment complex courtyard.
