The largest fish kill in Missouri history continues in the Osage River and in the Lake of the Ozarks as conservation officials try to solve the problem. Water pouring through the Harry S Truman Dam near Warsaw is trapping nitrogen from the air which then forms gas bubbles in the fish’s vital organs and kills them. So far nearly 400,000 fish have died.
