A Mexican restaurant known as Plaza Mariachi is now open in the Creekside development in Parkville, which is located near the intersection of I-435 and Hwy. 45. Plaza Mariachi opened in late January at 15325 Old Town Drive, Ste. 119, Parkville. Menu items include salads such as the Mariachi chicken salad with grilled chicken on romaine lettuce topped with avocado slices, black beans, corn and tortilla chips. Other offerings include burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, soups, nachos, appetizers, burgers and lunch specials. Specialty items include fried tacos, chimichangas and more.
