Though it’s his busy time of year, the guy is everywhere, it seems. Santa–along with his lovely bride Mrs. Claus–paraded through Platte City on Saturday, Dec. 10. The parade culminated with a gathering at Rising Star Park where City of Platte City staff members handed out free cookies, hot chocolate, and Christmas ornaments. Kids of all ages posed for photos with the couple from the North Pole near the Mayor’s Christmas Tree.
