Miss Kathryn Kim Wingate and Lt. James Ronald Keadle were united in marriage on May 14 at the Platte City United Methodist Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. an Mrs. Donovan K. Wingate, Platte City. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Keadle of Independence. Rev. Kenneth Lutgen, Jr. performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride’s dress was made by her mother. The dress was made of quiana with a lace overlay bodice and lace sleeves. The bouquet was miniature pink roses and white carnations with baby’s breath. A reception was held in the fellowship hall of the church following the ceremony. The coupe will be at home at the Marine Corps base, located at Quantico, Va. near Washington, D.C.
