Mr. and Mrs. Charles Umphreys attended the wedding of their son, Ray Umphreys, to Bonnie Bonnicelli at Wichita, Kan., Monday, Feb. 14.


Mr. and Mrs. Don Clevenger and daughters were Sunday dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Neal Wright of Shawnee Mission. After dinner, all the girls attended a bridal shower given for Mr. and Mrs. Wright’s oldest daughter, Ramona, who is to marry Feb. 18.

Dr. Jenks maintains an office at 242 Main Street in Platte City. He, his wife, Nancy, and their daughter, Ashley, live on First Street. Dr. Jenks is an alumnus of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn.
