Mid-Continent Public Library’s Dearborn Branch (206 Maple Leaf Ave., Dearborn, Mo.) is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 exposure and will resume services on Friday, Feb. 12. In the meantime, the book drop will remain open. Holds on materials that were available at the branch before the closure will be extended.

Mid-Continent says all library staff who were potentially exposed will be screened and closely monitored before returning to work. Professional deep cleaning services will take place during the closure. The library says it is working closely with the Platte County Health Department to determine all necessary and additional next steps.
