I-29 southbound off-ramp to Hwy. 45 to be closed for two weeks

Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has announced the I-29 southbound off-ramp to Hwy. 45 will be closed beginning at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21 and continuing until Sunday, Oct. 4 for ramp configuration work. This will be a 24/7 closure.

In addition, crews will close the southbound outside lane of I-29 from log mile 24.969 to 25.437, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21 and continuing until Sunday, Sept. 27 for ramp configuration work. This will be a 24/7 closure.

MoDOT says motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
