Major additions and changes are planned at the Zona Rosa location of 54th Street Grill & Bar, with an addition taking the space of what is now a courtyard area between the 54th Street grill and the Cold Stone Creamery. According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, here’s some of what’s coming in October of this year: a huge bar with more than a dozen large format screens; two PGA golf simulators; 54 draft beers poured at 29 degrees; 12-ft garage doors that open to a 10,000 sq. ft. courtyard; two outdoor fire pits; two pickleball courts; bag toss, a regulation bocce ball court; ring toss and Jenga; and live music availability. Traffic appears to have remained strong at 54th Street through the pandemic, after several dining options in Zona Rosa closed in the past year.

Shown are a rendering of the planned addition as well as the current courtyard area between 54th Street Grill & Bar and Cold Stone Creamery that will come out to allow for the expansion by 54th Street.
