Chris and Shari Albright, Platte County residents for the past 30 years, took a copy of their favorite newspaper with them on a summer vacation to Ouray, Colorado. On this trip, they enjoyed hiking in Ouray, rode UTVs in the mountains, visited multiple restaurants and breweries, and rode the Durano and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. They also rode down sand dunes on sleds at Great Sand Dunes National Park. The Albrights are parents of two kids, both of whom graduated from Park Hill High School (Quinton in 2019, Mackenzie in 2021). “We love The Landmark and read it weekly,” said Shari. Headed somewhere noteworthy? Take a copy of The Landmark with you and snap a picture with the newspaper prominently displayed.
