NRG Entertainment announced it will open the first area NRG Adventure Park in the Metro North Crossing development in early 2026.
NRG is where families come to move, laugh and let loose. The ultimate active family entertainment destination, NRG Adventure Park features the latest in sports, trampolines, indoor playgrounds and high-tech strategy-driven games.
The Metro North Crossing location will feature more than 46,000 square feet of family-friendly, extreme indoor fun, occupying the remaining area of the former Macy’s location.
The Adventure Park will offer many different programs, activities and event options, including:

The first NRG Adventure Park will open soon in Springfield, New Jersey.

It was announced in March that Furniture Mall of Missouri will open in late 2025 with 1,000 rooms in the remaining 150,000 square-feet of the former Macy’s location.

Metro North Crossing is a 106-acre mixed use redevelopment on the former site of the Metro North Mall. The total projected cost of the development is estimated at more than $250M with an estimated $100M invested to date on the completed phases, including the $60M Woodstone luxury apartments.
