About Metro North Crossing
Metro North Crossing is a 106-acre mixed use redevelopment on the former site of the Metro North Mall. The total projected cost of the development is estimated at more than $250M with an estimated $100M invested to date on the completed phases, including the $60M Woodstone luxury apartments. The development is already home to T-Shotz, a 52,000-square-foot golf entertainment attraction, as well as Whataburger, Hawaiian Brothers, Dutch Bros., Thai Orchid, Bloom Nails & Spa, Third Street Social, Select Physical Therapy and Hullhouse Coffee. Metro North Crossing is the third major mall redevelopment for IAS Partners, the local development team which also completed the redevelopment of the Antioch Center Mall and the Blue Ridge Mall.
