TO PLATTE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND SHERIFF:

Now that you have been spanked twice by Platte County voters on vague, inaccurate and extravagant jail improvement ballot issues, perhaps next time you will realize that Platte County will support a clear, documented and appropriately-sized jail tax. But not one that relies on double secret proposal figures that no one except a commissioner can see.
