Former health department building sold

The former Platte County Health Department building in Parkville was recently sold for $1.275 million. A law group is moving in.

SALES PRICE OF $1.275 MILLION

Spooner & Perkins Attorneys at Law are moving into the former Platte County Health Department facility located at 1201 East Street in Parkville. The firm specializes in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. The health department recently sold the building for $1.275 million, according to health department officials. Buyer of the building was listed as J. Perkins Farms, LLC.
