Ron Thiewes, Kansas City, reads The Landmark while on a hunting adventure in the snow in the Kenai Peninsula Borough in Alaska. Thiewes said he was hunting sea ducks. He said there are many eagles in the area, and he put an American flag near a spot where the eagles congregate and snapped a photo.
