Rachel Reichert, center, was crowned the queen of the 2023 Platte County Fair on opening night last Wednesday, July 19. She was chosen from a field of six contestants. Rachel, 22, is the daughter of Mark and Lori Reichert. At left is first runner-up Madison Britz, 18, daughter of Shawn and Christy Britz. At right is second runner-up Ashlyn Iman, 18, daughter of Cristal and Kurt Iman. The 160th Platte County Fair ran July 19-22 at the fairgrounds in Tracy.
