Platte County judges get top evaluations

Missouri Lawyers Weekly has reported that the Sixth Judicial Circuit (Platte County) Judges Thomas C. Fincham, Ann Hansbrough and Megan Blair Benton received the highest average score (4.76 out of a possible 5.0) of any circuit in the state on their judicial evaluations.

Judicial evaluations were completed by attorneys who appear in front of the respective judges.

All three of those judges were on the Tuesday, Nov. 8 ballot for retention in their positions with the court and were retained by voters. Benton received 71.14% approval for retention from voters, Hansbrough 70.72% and Fincham 66.91%.
