Tax credits that make homes affordable

Local GOP insiders have conspired to blacklist

I spent seven years working in local government and I have geared my education toward public service with a master’s in public administration and public policy. This background makes me a great candidate for Platte County Presiding Commissioner. I can tell you there is a lot that goes into developing and maintaining a thriving community.

It has been shown that for positive workforce development we need reasons for companies to want to come to Platte County. This could be the ease of public transportation, developing worker training programs for re-skilling and up-skilling workers, and building up infrastructure to entice companies.

For great schools, we need to support our teachers and school staff, community involvement, a rigorous curriculum, and programs for student involvement.

Great neighborhoods require solid infrastructure, basic needs from stores, hospitals, community service facilities including mental health and community support centers, proximity to amenities such as parks and recreational activities, great schools, a safe environment, and libraries that are well funded and allowed to properly serve our community.

With a combination of all the items above, our local economy will continue to thrive well into the future.
