Crews will repair the barrier wall and guardrail on southbound Interstate 635 before Horizons Parkway. This work will require the closure of lane 3, the deceleration lane to exit at Horizons Parkway from 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 17 until 3 p.m., on Friday, Aug. 26.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
