The University of Kansas held its commencement exercises Monday night in Memorial Stadium. Local graduates include Kathleen A. Dowd, Platte City; Robert Child, Edgerton; Mary Mummery, Parkville; Margaret A. Egan, Parkville; and Hector D. Quemada, Parkville.
