Mr. and Mrs. Mike Selleck of Kansas City announce the birth of their son, Michael Aaron Selleck, Jr. Mrs. Selleck is the former Bobbi Ann Boone and is a niece of J.C. Stubbs.


Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fry of Otterville, Mo announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan, to E-3 John M. Sponcler of Fort Riley, Kan. John is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Sponcler of Otterville and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Cannon of Route 2, Platte City.
