The Parkville Ethics Commission on Wednesday night found Parkville Mayor Nan Johnston guilty of eight violations of the city’s ethics code.

The five-member ethics commission–a board that is appointed by the city–discussed and voted on each allegation in a lengthy and detailed complaint that was filed by resident Elaine Kellerman.
