Thursday at 6 p.m. on Facebook

It’s a Christmas-themed episode of Landmark Live.

The Landmark Live Christmas edition this Thursday, Dec. 16 will be hosted by Ivan Foley and Guy Speckman, a couple of guys likely on Santa’s naughty list.

The show goes live at 6 p.m. on the Platte County Landmark’s Facebook page. If you miss it live, the video will remain posted on The Landmark’s Facebook, YouTube channel and web site for viewing at your leisure.

The general topic? The Lifetime channel Christmas movie that was filmed in Weston. That movie, entitled ‘Rebuilding a Dream Christmas,’ will air on Lifetime at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 23.

Special guest on Landmark Live will be a downtown Weston business owner who has a role as an extra in the movie: Hannah Magee, owner of Weston Wine Company, located at 540 Main Street in Weston.

Hannah, in fact, can be spotted in the video trailer for the movie. We’ll show the trailer during Landmark Live.

Prior to her days as a business owner and movie extra, Hannah was a Platte County Fair Queen, crowned in 2011 when her name was Hannah Rickman.

On Thursday’s show, The Landmark’s bad boys of broadcasting will speak with Hannah about the movie, what was involved in her part of the filming, etc., and get her best suggestions for wine to pair for a Weston Christmas movie watch party.

‘Rebuilding a Dream Christmas’ was filmed in Weston in the summer of 2020, with many locals showing up to serve as extras in sweltering heat during the heart of COVID-19 mitigation measures.
