Santa parade set in Platte City

Kids, it’s true: A parade through Platte City is being planned by Santa Claus.

The parade is planned for Saturday, Dec. 18 at 2 p.m. The parade route will begin at Platte Valley Park (Ensign Drive) and then to Kentucky Avenue, to Fourth Street, and end at Harrel Ferrel Park (the park along Hwy. 92).
