Mr. and Mrs. Birt Swindler of Platte City announce the wedding date of their daughter, Rebecca Mae, to Robert John Polansky of Rosyln, Pa., on Nov. 27, 1976 at 1 p.m. at the Platte City First Christian Church. Mr. Polansky is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Polansky of Roslyn, Pa.


Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rollins announce the birth of their daughter, Michelle Noel, on Nov. 6, 1976 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City. The paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Rollins, Breen Hills, Kansas City and the maternal grandparent is Charles Sanders, Platte Woods, Mo. The great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rollins of Platte City and Mrs. Daisy Gun of Ottawa, Kan.

The future bride studied at William Woods College in Fulton, Mo. Her fiancé is a student at Arizona Automotive Institute in Phoenix. Wedding vows will be exchanged Dec. 18 at Cedar View Farm, home of the bride’s parents.
