Work set on Hwy. 9 in Platte County

The Missouri Department of Transportation is set to begin an extensive resurfacing project on Hwy. 9 in Platte County. MoDOT KC will make the following traffic changes as part of the project.

Crews will close various lanes of northbound and southbound Hwy. 9 between NW Lakeview Drive and Route FF from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly, beginning Monday, Aug. 3 and continuing through Friday, Aug. 28. A flagger operation will be utilized to assist motorists through the work zone.
