Liquor licenses get renewed in Platte City

Many liquor licenses of establishments within the City of Platte City were renewed by the Platte City Board of Aldermen at a meeting held June 23.

This action approves renewals of liquor licenses for all current license holders who have applied for a renewal. The renewal is valid for a one year period from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

Neither state alcohol control officers nor the Platte City Police Department have reported any liquor license violations for these businesses over the past year. The city says it has not experienced significant alcohol related incidents which would recommend against renewing the license for any of the applicants.

The renewals include:

● SRF Nigro Enterprises LLC- DBA/ Pizza Shoppe- Platte City (2437 Prairie View Rd.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (by the drink) with Sunday Sales.

● Tanner’s Bar and Grill (2701 Running Horse Rd.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (by the drink) with Sunday Sales.

● Cosentino Group Inc- DBA/ Price Chopper-(2600 Ensign Hill Dr.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales and tasting permit.

● Red Dragon II Inc- DBA/ Red Dragon II Restaurant-(1116 Branch St.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Malt Liquor by the Drink with Sunday Sales.

● Sernie’s- DBA/Pool and Pub (238 Main St)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (by the drink).

● Minit Mart, LLC (2300 Running Horse Rd.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales.

● LAYO, Inc- DBA/ El Maguey (1302 Platte Falls Rd. Ste H & I)– MANAGING PARTNER CHANGE Renewal Liquor License— Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (by the drink) with Sunday Sales.

● World Liquors- (1302 Platte Falls Rd. Ste. E)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales.

● Dolgencorp LLC-DBA/Dollar General (1106 Branch St.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales.

● Walgreen Co-DBA/Walgreens #12925 (2301 Running Horse Rd.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales.

● Missouri CVS Pharmacy LLC-DBA/CVS Pharmacy #5727 (1301 Platte Falls Rd.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales.

● Casey’s General Store-DBA/Casey’s (112 Branch S.t)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales.

● QuikTrip Corporation-(1850 Branch St.)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales.

● Cheap Smokes and Liquor LLC- DBA/Cheap Smokes and Liquor (2409 Prairie View Rd)– Renewal of Liquor License—Intoxicating Liquor All Kinds (original package) with Sunday Sales and tasting permit.

● Iron Horse BBQ (2405 Prairie View Road)– Renewal of Liquor License– Beer and Wine by the drink with Sunday sales.
