Demolition of the bridge that spans Interstate 29 at the Tracy exit will soon begin.

The Missouri Department of Transportation will reduce northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 29 down to one lane at the intersection of the Route 273 Bridge (Exit 20 at Tracy) from 8 p.m. Friday, June 12 until 5 a.m. Monday, June 15 for bridge demolition work. During bridge demolition, I-29 traffic will be routed up and down the ramps that intersect I-29 and Route 273. In addition, there will be no access to Route 273. Route 273 traffic will be detoured onto Route 371/Route 92. Workers have been in the area preparing for the demolition (pictured).
