The board has accepted 20 requests from the public to comment at the meeting. The comment period will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

If any accommodations (i.e. qualified interpreter, large print, hearing assistance) are required for the public, please notify the health department at 816-858-2412.

Health department officials on this week said strict limitations regarding physical distancing and the number of people who can be in the meeting room at the same time will apply. Only seven members of the public will be allowed in the room at any one time.

Health officials say after each comment, the commenter is asked to leave the building so that another commenter may enter. While in the room, all meeting attendees, including the board of trustees, are expected to wear face coverings.

Those members of the public who wish to listen to the meeting may do so by conference call using the following information.
