According to Platte City Police Chief William Massock, police arrived at the residence and found several people intoxicated.

A 21-year-old woman was arrested for contributing to minors while a 20-year-old male was arrested for minor in possession. In addition, an 18-year-old female is accusing the arrested male of sexually assaulting her.

Massock said no charges have been filed against the male, pending an investigation. Massock said it has been hard for police to get any solid answers despite several witnesses because of the level of intoxication by everyone involved.

Massock said he was unsure whether or not the victim sought medical attention.
