The health department stated a 36-year-old man is recovering well after he contracted the virus in mid-October. The case was reported to the health department the first part of November.

It is reported the male had a compromised immune system, meaning his immune system was not up to par to fight off the virus.

The Centers for Disease Control will follow up on the report with continued testing, according to the health department.
