Platte County’s legal notices will appear in The LandmarkThey’re back. After a four year absence, the bid requests, planning and zoning hearing notices and other legal publications issued by the Platte County Commission will again be appearing in The Landmark Newspaper. The county commission’s legal notices will also appear on the newspaper’s web site at www.plattecountylandmark.com beginning with this week’s issue.

The county commission on Thursday awarded the legal notices bid to The Landmark at a price of 79¢ per square inch. The Platte County Citizen bid $1.20 per square inch. Accepting The Landmark’s bid will allow the county to save money while reaching a bigger audience at the same time.
