Recently, Downtown Parkville welcomed its newest addition: The Parkville Needlepoint House, further enriching the area’s unique retail landscape.

Downtown Parkville now boasts nearly 20 food and beverage options, ranging from casual coffee shops and neighborhood eateries to refined yet approachable dining experiences.

Since mid-2024, longtime favorites such as Stone Canyon Pizza, the romantic French restaurant Café des Amis, and Parkville Coffee have been joined by a wave of acclaimed newcomers, including Prima Facie Bistro and The Market at Prima Facie, ‘The Bakers Table (original bakery reopened under new ownership), Deviant Kava, K-Tacos & More, Wild Flour Baking Co., and the newest culinary gem, The Parker Hollow.

That same period has also seen the arrival of several notable boutiques and specialty shops, each offering something distinctive. New additions include Always in Bloom Clothing Co., Cheeky Bird, Imagine Studios, KC, Style and Stitch, and The Parlor Boutique.

Together, this mix of retail, dining, and service businesses creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites visitors to linger and explore.

Enhancing the experience are lodging options such as the award-winning Main Street Inn, and Park House with its eight luxurious Airbnb accommodations. These stays make downtown Parkville an ideal destination to shop, stroll, wine and dine, play, and stay.
