EDITOR:

I would like to say thank you to the voters who came out on Aug. 4 to elect our Republican primary nominees, as well as the re-elected and newly elected members of the Platte County Republican Central Committee. As we gear up for the Nov. 3 election, we could use your help.
If you are a committed conservative Republican who wants to donate your time, talents, or resources to help strengthen our local party, there are many opportunities to get involved.

As we prepare for the 2026 General Election, we are looking for volunteers in many different areas, including:

·Answering phones at our headquarters, preparing mailings and stuffing envelopes, assisting with Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts, making financial contributions, walking neighborhoods with campaign literature, participating in parades and community events, displaying campaign signs in your yard or other approved locations, hosting fundraisers in your home or business for candidates, assisting with our major annual fundraising event that supports Republican candidates, preparing or donating food and refreshments for volunteers at headquarters.
We welcome Republicans who want to learn, serve, and make a positive difference in our community. As members of the Central Committee, we work to support Republican candidates seeking local, state, and federal office. During each election cycle, our volunteers knock on thousands of doors, make countless phone calls, distribute campaign literature, and contribute both individually and collectively to help keep our Republican Party strong.

If you have ever wanted to become more involved, now is the perfect time. Join us and discover where your unique talents can make a real difference as we work together to help elect Republican candidates and continue building a stronger Platte County.
