SUSPECT BEING SOUGHT

Th FBI says a bank robbery occurred this morning at the First Federal Bank of Kansas City located at 1200 Armour Road in North Kansas City.

At approximately 10:43 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, an unknown subject entered the bank, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The subject fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of currency. There were no injuries reported, said Dixon Land, public affairs specialist for the FBI in Kansas City.

A photo of an individual believed to be the subject of the bank robbery is attached. Anyone with information is encouraged to call law enforcement, KC Crime Stoppers at 816-474-TIPS or the FBI Kansas City at 816-512-8200.
