HALLOWEEN-THEMED EVENING FRIDAY, OCT. 24

Zona Rosa, the mixed-use urban town center located at the northwest corner of I-29 and Barry Road, Kansas City in Platte County, is welcoming the season with a full calendar of fall festivities, offering free concerts, outdoor movies, signature festivals, and family-friendly activities throughout September and October.

Central Park, located in the heart of Zona Rosa, will host weekly live music and special events surrounded by shopping and dining, creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy autumn nights. North Park will transform into the hub of Zona Rosa’s large-scale festivals.

Shoppers can also enjoy Halloween-themed sip-and-treat nights, blending seasonal fun with Zona Rosa’s vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and retail. With experiences ranging from local concerts to lively festivals, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this fall at Zona Rosa.

FESTIVALS AND
SPECIAL EVENTS

Beats and Broomsticks – Friday, Oct. 24, 5-9 p.m. – The Halloween event of the season is back with trick-or-treating for kids at participating retailers.

In addition, enjoy food trucks, photo moments with The Sanderson Sisters, spooky brews and beers, and more.

Starting at 7 p.m., the annual showing of the cult-classic, Hocus Pocus, will be shown on the big screen at Zona Rosa’s Central Park.

NEW ADDITIONS

Zona Rosa is continuing to add a diverse mix of local to national tenants to the center that has recently opened or coming soon to the center including local retailers such as ADHDIY Cafe and Team Cocktail, along with Fifth & Emery Frozen Yogurt and Chocolate for specialty sweet treats.

Plus, Zona Rosa recently announced that Indoorsy: A Weekend Market will open in time for the fall season with themed weekend vendor markets starting in October and going through December 2025.
