On Monday, Jan. 13, the new restaurant opened at 1900 NW Tiffany Springs Road, Kansas City in Platte County.

Cooper’s Hawk is an award-winning winery, restaurant, artisan market, and Napa-style tasting room concept with headquarters in Downers Grove, Ill.
The company was founded in 2005 by CEO Tim McEnery.

Cooper’s Hawk is built upon McEnery’s passionate belief that food and wine hold the power to forge lasting connections. His restaurants are home to over 750,000 Wine Club Members who enjoy limited production Wines of the Month, unique travel and dining experiences, and many other benefits.

The Kansas City – Northland culinary team is led by Brittany Graziano. Brittany works closely with executive chef Matt McMillin to ensure the utmost quality and presentation while redefining the modern casual dining experience.

The contemporary American menu is infused with international flavors, and each dish is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine pairing.

The winery has received over 500 wine awards, importing grapes from the best vineyards across the globe and producing over 50 varietals.

Crafted to please a range of palates, Cooper’s Hawk wines include selections accessible for those new to the world of wine and complex and full-bodied options for more seasoned drinkers. In addition to the wine menu, guests can choose from craft cocktails and sangrias made with Cooper’s Hawk wine.

This location features a large indoor dining area that accommodates 250 guests and a covered patio that seats 68 people. This location takes inspiration from the artisanal winemaking process and the warm tones of red wine. There is a crafted feel featuring natural and textured details throughout the space.

The venue also houses flexible private dining space for up to 48 guests. As with every Cooper’s Hawk location, the restaurant is fronted by a Napa-style tasting room and retail space.

Hours of operation are:

Monday – Thursday: 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
