The Platte County Convention and Visitor Bureau (CVB) is leasing office space at 7870 NW 100th Street, Kansas City in Platte County.
On Monday, the Platte County Commission approved a shared office space lease agreement between the Platte County CVB and the Full Employment Council to use certain space within the building located at that address.
Platte County CVB agrees to lease office space and reception area from the Full Employment Council. Platte County CVB will pay $1,000 per month for a total of $12,000 per year.
Under terms of the agreement, the Full Employment Council will provide the office space and reception area, as well as high speed internet service in each office.
The lease will expire on July 31, 2025. The agreement will automatically renew unless the Full Employment Council submits notification of termination at least 60 days prior to termination.
