In the Works: “From Day 1, it’s been important to us to attract a smaller format grocer with offerings that would be unique to the Northland. We constantly keep in touch with our short list of potential targets and we feel confident that the timing will align as we continue with this project,” says Dan Horn, development manager for Metro North Crossing.
Horn continued to say, “Metro North Crossing is quickly becoming a great addition to the Northland. It’s great to watch the revitalization of this area unfold and we’re proud to be a part of it. It’s a constant balance to remain patient while also moving the project forward. We want to make sure we bring the right tenants to this project that the Northland will benefit from long-term.”
